Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary ($50K–$70K) plus commission on new business and renewals

Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Proven experience with personal lines insurance products
- Strong consultative sales and client relationship skills
- Comfortable managing a book of business and driving retention results
- Familiarity with compliance, carrier underwriting, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems
Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience selling or servicing auto, home, renters, umbrella, and specialty personal lines
- Knowledge of preferred and non-standard market carriers
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and nurture client relationships while managing an existing book of business ($2.5MM in premium)
- Sell a range of personal insurance products and generate new business through inbound and outbound outreach
- Conduct client needs analyses and present tailored coverage recommendations
- Ensure a smooth transition of accounts to service teammates for quoting and administration
- Accurately document client interactions and sales activities in management systems
- Stay current on market trends and carrier guidelines to align solutions with client needs
