Installation Technician Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, commission, service, and program fire alarm systems (both new and existing).
  • Troubleshoot and program multi-brand fire alarm systems from various manufacturers.
  • Diagnose system failures, replace defective components, and perform troubleshooting with electronic equipment.
  • Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, specifications, prints, and manuals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and strong work habits.

Installation Technician Qualifications:

  • Technical experience in fire alarm installations, repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to work full-time and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • S98 Certificate or NICET Level II certification.
  • Experience with Edwards EST3/EST4 and Game well-FCI systems.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
