Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Experience coordinating, or assisting with fire alarm projects within a fire alarm company
  • Ability to assist with multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to review plans and specifications and participating in project cost reviews
  • Strong coordination skills with field teams regarding project performance
  • Availability to work 5 days on-site in Brooklyn


Project Manager Preferred Background & Skills:


  • Experience in developing department standards and procedures
  • Ability to coordinate project progress, including contracts, financials, scope of work, materials, and coordination
  • Skills in scheduling teams of installers and programmers for assigned projects
