Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Full-Time (FTE) or Per Diem | In-Office – Brooklyn, NY | Urgent Care + Telehealth

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing urgent care team in Brooklyn.

This is an in-office role with some telehealth responsibilities, offering full-time or per diem options depending on your availability. Ideal for providers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a collaborative, small-team setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide in-office urgent care services
• Conduct virtual visits as needed
• Diagnose and treat common acute conditions (URI, UTI, flu/COVID, infections, rashes, GI issues)
• Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations
• Prescribe medications in compliance with telehealth regulations
• Determine when escalation or referral is necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks

Must-Have Requirements

• Active New York NP or PA license
• Active Medicare Provider ID
• 2+ years of NP/PA experience
• Urgent care experience
• Pediatrics experience
