  • Comfortable leading intimate dinner services with high guest interaction and elevated hospitality standards

Must Haves

  • Execute an 8-course tasting menu experience for approximately 10 guests per evening
  • Manage 1–2 dedicated prep days and oversee all mise en place for nightly services
  • Maintain exceptionally high culinary standards with a strong focus on detail, pacing, and presentation
  • Collaborate closely with pastry and production support teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
