- Strong fine dining background with exceptional cooking fundamentals
- Experience executing multi-course tasting menus with precision and consistency
- Ability to independently create and execute refined seasonal menus
- Comfortable leading intimate dinner services with high guest interaction and elevated hospitality standards
Must Haves
- Execute an 8-course tasting menu experience for approximately 10 guests per evening
- Manage 1–2 dedicated prep days and oversee all mise en place for nightly services
- Maintain exceptionally high culinary standards with a strong focus on detail, pacing, and presentation
- Collaborate closely with pastry and production support teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
