Immigration Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

• Must have expereince with removal defense, SIJ cases, VAWA petitions, provisional waivers, U visas, family-based adjustment of status applications, and legal representation at orders of supervision and USCIS interviews.
• Barred in New York
• Strong understanding of legal processes involving visas and case preparation.
• Experience managing immigration matters independently.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with partners and clients.
