• Significant experience in Intellectual Property law, including copyright, trademark, trade secrets, patents, and licensing
• Portable book of business ($500K+ preferred)
• Proven client development skills and established relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs, and brand owners
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to help grow and expand a thriving IP practice
• Admitted and in good standing to practice law
