Restaurant IT Manager

A growing multi-unit, fast-casual restaurant organization is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to oversee restaurant and corporate technology systems. This role will support and optimize POS platforms, online ordering, delivery integrations, payment systems, network infrastructure, and end-user support across multiple locations.

IT Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support restaurant technology platforms, including POS, online ordering, delivery, and payment systems
• Ensure reliable network connectivity, system performance, and technology uptime
• Lead technology setup and support for new restaurant openings
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operational technology issues
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, PCI compliance, and data security best practices
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR to improve systems and reporting

IT Manager Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, preferably within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, digital ordering platforms, payment processing, and network infrastructure
• Experience supporting multi-unit operations and managing IT associates
• Excellent troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Availability to support occasional evenings, weekends, and urgent operational needs
