This position reports directly to Michelin-trained Corporate Executive Chef, offering the opportunity to shape a culinary program that blends excellence with creativity.


Corporate Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-unit kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and elevated guest experiences
  • Provide hands-on leadership across food preparation, execution, and service standards
  • Oversee purchasing, ordering, payroll, and monthly inventories to manage food costs
  • Train, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary professionals
  • Develop and refine menus that align with brand standards and guest expectations

Executive Chef de Cuisine Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive culinary experience in high-volume, fine dining or upscale restaurants
  • Culinary degree required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; team-builder with a positive, motivating style
  • Knowledge of HAACP and food safety standards; detail-oriented in execution
  • Flexible schedule (AM/PM shifts); Spanish language skills a plus

Executive Chef de Cuisine Benefits
