Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a Restaurant General Manager in upscale or fine dining full-service with extensive cocktail and wine program
  • Success managing annual revenues exceeding $5,000,000
  • Proven success hiring, training, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams
  • Strong command of service standards, service recovery, and peak shift leadership
  • Financial acumen across labor planning, cost control, and KPI management
  • Excellent communication, organization, and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day operations and deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable managers and hourly teams
  • Drive training and execution of fine-dining service standards and hospitality behaviors
  • Manage labor, controllables, and performance against business targets
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and applicable regulations
