Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Asian or high-end restaurant
- Prior experience as a sous chef or in a kitchen leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
