Account Manager

We are seeking a Landscaping Account Manager to oversee both commercial and residential accounts while delivering exceptional guest service. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance, and coordinating crews to keep properties looking their best year-round. During the winter months, this position will also assist in managing snow removal crews and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
• Maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients
• Conduct property visits to ensure quality and service standards
• Coordinate landscaping crews and schedules
• Assist in managing snow removal crews during winter weather events

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, property management, or account management preferred
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Experience coordinating snow removal operations is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
