We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead a high-performing, guest-obsessed team in an upscale, full-service steakhouse environment. If you thrive on high standards, exceptional hospitality, and developing great people while running a tight shift, this role is for you.


Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as a Restaurant Manager in upscale or fine dining full-service with extensive cocktail and wine program
  • Success managing annual revenues exceeding $5,000,000
  • Proven success hiring, training, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams
  • Strong command of steps of service, pacing, service recovery, and peak shift leadership
  • Working financial acumen across labor planning, controllables, and KPI awareness
  • Bar/beverage oversight capability (service standards, daily readiness, responsible alcohol service)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations and deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience
  • Coach and develop the team through effective pre-shifts, on-floor leadership, and follow-up
  • Execute fine-dining service standards and ensure a polished, welcoming atmosphere every shift
  • Manage labor and shift readiness to support business goals without compromising hospitality
  • Oversee daily bar and beverage execution (standards, speed of service, compliance)
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and applicable regulations
