What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Supervise, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Manage shifts, including opening and closing responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and cost control
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training efforts

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience in a quick service or fast-casual environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
