What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage shifts, including opening and closing responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and cost control
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience in a quick service or fast-casual environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
