What You’ll Do

  • Lead from the front—maintaining a strong, visible presence in the kitchen every day
  • Champion food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards at the highest level
  • Hire, train, coach, and inspire a large BOH team to perform at their best
  • Bring structure, organization, and accountability to kitchen operations
  • Partner closely with leadership to align on goals, strategy, and execution
  • Own the numbers—manage food cost, labor, inventory, and scheduling with precision

What You Bring

  • 3+ years as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in a full-service, upscale environment
  • Proven success leading high-volume ($5M+) scratch kitchens
  • Experience managing and developing teams of 30+
  • Strong operational and financial acumen—you understand both people and profit
  • Systems-driven mindset with the ability to implement and maintain structure
  • A true passion for cooking and how food impacts the guest experience—this is a hands-on role, not a clipboard position
