An extremely large food manufacturing facility is looking to add a 2nd or third shift maintenance team lead. This is a newly created role to help support the facility and streamline overall operations and get the 2nd shift up and running

Maintenance lead Must haves!
- Must comply with LOTO, HACCP, PPE and OSHA regulations
- Lead a small group of 3-4 Techs.
- Solid Vendor Management skills
- Ability to support the Maintenance Manager.
- Certificate in Electrical Maintenance or related field is a plus
- Significant experience as a maintenance manager leading a team.
- Experience with Cap X projects and budgeting
- Knowledge with multiple skilled trades from HVAC, PLC's and troubleshooting all types of issues as well as welding and Fab.
- 2nd shift open availability and desire to grow. At least 1 weekend day of availability.
- Great communicator in a diverse work environment.
