Restaurant General Manager Required Qualifications and Background

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
  • Strong background in managing drive-thru operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and retain a high-performing team
  • Solid understanding of P&L, labor, food cost, and other operational metrics
  • Experience using technology to drive business efficiency (POS, scheduling, inventory)
  • Ability to maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
