Assistant General Manager | Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a busy urban restaurant leadership role
• Proven success leading restaurants generating $5M+ in annual sales; $8M+ preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performance teams
• Deep understanding of upscale dining, beverage programs, and guest relations
• Proficiency with restaurant technology platforms and operational reporting systems
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Assistant General Manager | Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Implement and uphold service standards, operational procedures, and service excellence throughout the restaurant
• Work well with Kitchen and Bar staff
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the floor, engaging team members and guests alike
• Drive continuous improvement across operations, guest satisfaction, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health codes, liquor laws, and corporate policies
