Restaurant Manager | Upscale Casual Dining

$75,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Bonus

We are partnering with a rapidly growing upscale casual restaurant group seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Coach, train, and develop Front-of-House and Back-of-House team members
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
  • Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and labor management initiatives
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing employee development
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence
  • Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience in a full-service restaurant environment with annual sales volumes of $3 million or greater
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven history of career progression and stability
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to lead both dining room and kitchen operations
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • High-energy, hands-on leadership style
