  • 5+ years of food & beverage experience
  • 2+ years in a restaurant management role
  • Strong background in front-of-house operations and upscale guest service
  • Extensive knowledge of wine and whiskey
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ServSafe Manager Food and Alcohol Certification within 90 days of hire

  • Oversee daily front-of-house restaurant and bar operations
