Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in a GM or Multi-Unit management role in a corporate restaurant environment

• Experience managing annual restaurant sales volume of $3 million or more

• No more than 2 jobs in the last 6 years - we value your loyalty and dedication

• Hands-on leader comfortable in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment

• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and team leadership
