Senior Manager Finance – Requirements & Qualifications


  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in a large organization.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven expertise in financial management, including general ledger, P&L, and balance sheet oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and driving cost efficiencies.


Senior Manager Finance –Preferred Background & Skills


  • MBA and/or CPA certification.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau and/or SAP BI.
  • Six Sigma experience.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and influencing skills.


Senior Manager Finance – Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Oversee all financial operations for the manufacturing facility, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and increase cost efficiency.
  • Serve as a proactive business partner to the site leadership team, contributing to goals and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for site and business unit initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and product line transitions.
