Restaurant Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality management, or a strong supervisor ready to step up
  • Genuine passion for food, wine, and guest experience (formal wine certifications not required)
  • Comfortable leading a smaller, close-knit team in a hands-on environment
  • Strong people skills with a warm, service-driven leadership style
  • Ability to work in an operation that needs structure, consistency, and care
  • Solid understanding of basic P&L concepts, scheduling, and labor management
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
