Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen
• Bilingual
• Hospitality degree is a plus
• ServeSafe certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Open availability—days, nights, weekends
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Lead and motivate your team while maintaining a positive, accountable culture
• Manage inventory, food and labor costs, and uphold quality and safety standards
• Build strong relationships with your team, guests, and vendors
• Coach and develop your staff to perform at their best

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in high-volume restaurant settings
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle pressure
