Our growing restaurant group is looking for a dynamic and high-energy Manager for our high-end coastally-inspired restaurant concept. This candidate must be an expert at craft cocktail menu development and managing inventory and controlling costs.
Manager Requirements
- Craft cocktail menu development experience
- Manage Inventory and all related systems
- Control Costs
- Train, coach, and develop hourly team members and drive sales
- Lead the team to execute and deliver an extensive menu
Manager Qualifications
- 4+ years of Bar Manager experience
- Tenure of 2+ years
- Ability to build relationships with vendors
- Understand a P&L and daily administration
- Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
