Restaurant General Manager

We need a Leader for our busy and widely admired Restaurant. Someone trustworthy, hardworking, and reliable. This position is not for the faint-hearted - it will require a lot of hours at the beginning as you learn the business and build trust with the team. Restaurant Leader Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous General Manager experience.
• Someone who gets things done - has superb time management skills and isn't afraid to hustle
• Fluent in great routines when it comes to food safety, food quality, and presentation
• Demonstrated ability in leading 30+ team members to win every day.
• Provide a guest experience that is second to none and keeps them coming back.
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Open to working the longer hours needed at the beginning to set themselves, the team, and the business up for ongoing success.
