We are looking for a hard-working and charismatic Front Office Manager to join our boutique hotel property featuring a fine dining restaurant and guest suites. This is a unique position, a hybrid of hotel front desk supervisor and a restaurant host. The ideal candidate will lead all daily Front Office operations and deliver a Five-star, Five-diamond experience to all guests.


Front Office Manager Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of high-end luxury restaurant management experience.
  • Must be able to work weekends and have a flexible work schedule.
  • Certification in alcohol awareness and/or CPR is a plus!
  • Knowledge of impeccable standards, including familiarity with Forbes and Michelin Red Guides.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Resortsuite, and Tock software.

Front Office Manager Standards:

  • Strong multi-tasking of front office duties, which include, but are not limited to, checking guests in/out, and seating guests in the dining room.
  • Assist the Director of Hotel Operations in overseeing all front office operations.
  • Must be financially responsible, staying within the monthly budget, and consistently tracking front office labor to meet the labor budget.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Facilities team to ensure alignment.
  • Assign dining room seating strategically to maximize nightly covers and efficient flow of guests.
