Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications


  • True passion for food and hospitality
  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience
  • Experience managing $2M+ in annual sales
  • Adaptable, organized, and a strong problem-solver
  • Can-do attitude and a genuine interest in both back- and front-of-house operations
  • Fast casual or casual dining background


Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills


  • Multilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (this is a plus but NOT required)


Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Create and maintain a positive, productive, and fun work environment
  • Champion labor, food, and profit and loss budget management
  • Lead, develop, and mentor team members for top-tier guest experiences
  • Ensure consistent execution of service and culinary standards
  • Collaborate with the general manager and support cross-functional learning between kitchen and front-of-house teams
