We are seeking a Third Party Administrator field leader to manage administrator programs, insurance carrier portals, and claim compliance. This Third Party Administrator ensures accurate documentation, timely submissions, and full adherence to TPA guidelines to maximize approvals and revenue.


Third Party Administrator Requirements and Qualifications:


  • 2–5+ years of experience in insurance claims, restoration, or TPA program management
  • Direct experience with TPA portals (Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, Alacrity, Accuserve, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Xactimate and understanding of estimates, supplements, and pricing compliance
  • Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and restoration workflows
  • Experience working within a restoration company handling TPA-driven work
  • Familiarity with SLAs, scorecards, and carrier compliance standards
  • Knowledge of common claim deductions and approval processes

Third Party Administrator Compensation & Benefits:


• Salary range of $55K - $65K, based on experience
