The Role

As Executive Sous Chef, you’ll be the right hand to the Executive Chef — owning day-to-day BOH operations, leading from the front during service, and driving consistency, accountability, and performance across the kitchen.

You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your leadership will directly influence the restaurant’s success.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead and execute high-volume service with precision and consistency
  • Oversee all BOH operations, systems, and standards
  • Train, mentor, and develop Sous Chefs and line-level talent
  • Drive food quality, presentation, and sanitation excellence
  • Partner on inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Help stabilize and refine operations post-opening
  • Build a strong, disciplined, and team-focused kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in a leadership role within high-volume upscale or polished casual
  • Executive Sous Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
  • Proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong financial acumen (food cost, labor, systems)
  • Calm, confident, and hands-on leadership style
  • Detail-driven with high standards and accountability
