Physical Therapist - Home Health

A well-established health system in the Northern Neck region is seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join their growing in-home care team. Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Serve patients in the comfort of their homes, helping them regain independence and mobility
• Work in a collaborative environment with Nursing, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams
• Lead and support PTAs and Home Health Aides to ensure high-quality care
• Enjoy flexible schedules, short commutes, and a focus on work-life balance

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• 1+ year of PT experience preferred
• Active Virginia PT license (required)
• CPR/BLS Certification within 30 days of hire
• Valid Driver’s License for patient home visits
