This position requires at least 5 years in an upscale front-of-the-house management role with experience in upscale dining establishments. The candidate must be a hands-on leader and developer of teams. Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred is a plus.


Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience in a luxury dining setting
  • Proven leadership skills and commitment to excellence
  • Track record of guest complaint resolution
  • Wine knowledge and sommelier experience are a plus, but not required
  • Proven financial and business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to meet and exceed set budgets

  • Ability to exemplify choreographed dining service with finesse
  • Experience with Resort Suite and Tock operating systems

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversight and management of all aspects of the main dining room
  • Oversee the reservation process and confirmations
  • Collaborate with leadership to address social media comments related to service issues
  • Assist with pre-shift messaging and oversee EOD notes as related to daily operations
  • Practice a consistent survey of the facility to ensure the staff and guests have everything they need to have a positive experience
