Requirements & Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume concept
  • Proven experience hiring, training, and developing hourly restaurant teams
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Availability to work weekends and variable shifts as required in restaurant operations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs when needed
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Must Haves:


  • Lead high-volume brunch service while maintaining speed of service and guest satisfaction during peak weekend rushes
  • Build weekly staffing plans that balance labor targets with fluctuating brunch demand patterns
  • Identify operational bottlenecks during peak service and adjust floor leadership coverage in real time
  • Coach supervisors and shift leaders on guest recovery strategies during high-traffic service periods
  • Monitor daily sales trends, menu mix, and labor percentages to maintain operational profitability
  • Partner with culinary leadership to maintain consistency of scratch-made menu execution across shifts
  • Implement onboarding plans that quickly prepare new hires for fast-paced brunch service environments
  • Maintain a high-energy dining room culture that reflects a welcoming, inclusive brand experience

Preferred Background & Skills:


  • Experience managing in brunch, breakfast, or high-volume casual dining concepts
  • Background in scratch kitchen environments
