Staff Accountant

A well-established and expanding vending and leasing company is seeking a detail-driven Staff Accountant to join our team. This is a high-impact role supporting financial operations across multiple locations. What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Overseeing accounts payable, vendor payments, and cash flow tracking
• Managing accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections
• Performing bank and account reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate and timely general ledger entries
• Monitoring and reconciling inventory reporting
• Coordinating payroll processing with a third-party provider
• Assisting with month-end close and financial reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience with hands-on AR, AP, reconciliations, and inventory
• Experience working with accounting systems and financial software
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 preferred
