Operations & Maintenance Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, with strong snow and ice management focus
- High school diploma required; secondary education preferred
- Proven experience managing fleet maintenance, facilities, and operational staff
- Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and extended shifts during winter weather events
- Able to perform physical labor as needed and work in outdoor, industrial environments

- Strong leadership skills, including recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating teams
- In-depth knowledge of snow and ice management operations, safety standards, DOT/FMCSA compliance, and equipment maintenance

- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective performance
- Manage fleet and facility maintenance, ensuring all equipment is properly serviced and operational
- Recruit, schedule, supervise, and support operational staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Direct snow and ice management operations, including rapid response to winter weather events
