Advanced Lathe Machinist Benefits and Compensation:
- Pay range: $24–$32 per hour DOE
- $2/HR Shift differential
- Four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts)
- Second Shift: 2:45 PM – 12:45 AM

Advanced Lathe Machinist Requirements & Qualifications:
- 4+ years CNC machining experience with proven set-up expertise on CNC lathes
- Hands-on experience with Swiss lathes, twin turret or twin spindle configurations
- Ability to set up, prove out, edit, and operate CNC lathes efficiently
- Skilled at adjusting feeds, speeds, and tooling to optimize cycle times and part quality
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T
- Knowledge of cutting tool selection, grades, and applications
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
Advanced Lathe Machinist Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with complex multi-axis lathe operations
- Familiarity with JobBOSS or similar ERP software
- Background in medical device or aerospace machining environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to train or mentor junior machinists
