General Manager Requirements & Qualifications


  • 2–4 years of management experience in quick-service or hospitality settings
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data, manage financial results, and drive operational improvements
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


General Manager Preferred Background & Skills


  • Previous management experience with quick-service concepts
  • Familiarity with systems (Workforce Management, KVS, LMS, People Tools)
  • ServSafe Certification
