Description and FunctionsOpen Until Filled GENERAL DESCRIPTION:This position is responsible for providing inpatient acute psychiatric care to patients at the Wyoming State Hospital. This includes: performing psychiatric evaluations for new admissions, assigning diagnoses, prescribing medication and other treatment modalities, developing and implementing treatment plans with other professional disciplines, leading a treatment team, and taking on-call in rotation with other psychiatric providers.The city of Evanston is a small and friendly Rocky Mountain community that is a 45-minute drive from the world-famous ski slopes of Park City, Utah. There are concerts, shopping, dining, professional sporting events, and an international airport 60 minutes away in Salt Lake City.
