We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and enhance our equities trading infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our equities trading platform. Collaborate with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and other stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals. Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of our trading systems. Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams. Strong technical background with expertise in C++, Python, or similar programming languages. Deep understanding of trading systems and financial markets, particularly in equities. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.
