7am – 4pm CST outside of tax season (May - December)
5 days per week on-site
Day to Day, You'll...
- Verify, approve and assemble shipping orders for the warehouse.
- Verify Hot Spare Enrollment for Franchise locations.
- Fulfill Technician Parts Requests and file warranty claims with manufactures.
- On a daily basis reconcile shipping and receiving documentation to ensure that inventory accountability is maintained.
- Work with shipping vendors to ensure timely delivery and receiving services.
- Research inventory processing problems for shipping and receiving departments.

It would be even better if you also had...- Two to three years shipping, receiving and/or inventory control experience.
- One to two years’ experience in customer service assisting internal and/or external customers.
- Experience using inventory tracking or ticketing software.
- High school or GED.
- One year inventory control experience.
- One year experience in customer service assisting internal and/or external customers.
- Attention to details with the ability to spot and correct errors or omissions.
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and to work independently.
- Ability to work well in a group atmosphere, as part of a team or individually.
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
