Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 8 AM – 5 PM (3-Day Weekends!)

About the Role

We are looking for a Dental Assistant & Sleep Apnea Coordinator who is half clinical expert and half patient advocate. You will be the primary point of contact for patients on their journey from diagnosis to better sleep.

What You’ll Do

• Clinical Excellence: Assist chairside for oral appliance deliveries, fittings, and adjustments.
• Digital Workflow: Perform high-accuracy intraoral scans for custom sleep appliances.
• Patient Education: Guide patients through their home sleep test results and teach them how to care for their life-changing appliances.
• Coordination: Manage the "behind-the-scenes" flow, including medical insurance coordination and follow-up tracking.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous Dental Assisting experience is preferred, but not required. Personality and attitude is most important.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfort with digital scanning (iTero) and electronic records is a huge plus.
• Communication: Since this is a "Coordinator" role, you must be comfortable explaining treatment plans and talking to patients over the phone and in person.
• Attitude: You are organized, easy to talk to, energetic, empathetic, and ready to grow with a rapidly expanding program.
