Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Collect and document requirements for web-based applications from non-technical customers, collect processes, and convey the aggregate to software engineers
• Test web applications for accuracy of requirements gathered, functional abilities, and all internal requirements are accounted for.
• Be the primary point of contact for most customer contact and will work closely with the software engineers at all times
• Consist of 30% project management, 30% writing, 30% testing, and 10% train-the-trainer Basic Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience OR a Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of related experience; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
• Strong background and experience in Technical Writing
• Prior experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF), requirements gathering, and/or software testing experience.
• Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity of HTML, limitations, and ability to clearly communicate with both technical engineers and non-technical customers. (Use of process documentation and story boarding)
• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field
• Experience in configuration/change management
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and/or web application development
