Heartlinks ABA is a growing, multi-state company owned and operated by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018. Our focus is on providing quality ABA therapy, which is a clinically proven, naturalistic teaching, primarily in homes. We support infants through teenagers with autism spectrum disorder in developing essential communication, social interaction and behaviors as well as daily living skills.

  • Behavior Technician (BT) we will guide you through the process of becoming registered, providing you with the competency required and reimbursing you for the registration fees.

  • In school for ABA?

    • We will sign off on your supervision for both your restricted and non-restricted hours 

    • Join our BCBA tuition scholarship & tuition reimbursement program

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

  • Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.

  • Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs

  • Complete progress notes in our data collection system

  • Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families 

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma

  • Completed forty (40) hour ABA training course

  • Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license 

  • Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities 

Schedule: 

  • Daytime hours. 25 hours per week

  • Monday-Friday
