What You'll Get To Do

• To inspect, operate and maintain a crane truck Stiff Boom - 40 Tonnes and under
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Load, secure and unload concrete forming materials
• Deliver and pickup forming materials at customers jobsite in a safe and timely manner
• Calculate crane capacities and load weights prior to lifting
• Maintain current operator certification as required by WorkSafe BC
• General yard Duties requiring bending and lifting
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures; assist with physical inspections of plant property/departments.

What We Are Looking For

• Certified Level A Stiff Boom Truck - 40 Tonnes and under Crane Operator
• Desire to work cooperatively as part of a productive team
• Ability to work safely, and independently without constant supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of learning through on-the-job training
• Able to work inside and outside in year-round weather conditions
• In good physical condition, able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs., sit and stand for extended periods of time, kneel, climb ladders, and walk on varied terrain
• Ability to work different extended hours, holidays and/or overtime required
