Position: Massage Therapist
Job Status: Full Time
Contractual or Full Time Employee Options Available
Essential Functions:
Perform professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing
Develops, maintains, and implements Massage Therapy Policies and Procedures to ensure client safety with collaborative effort with the Director of Rehab Services
Performs routine scheduling, charting, and documentation on Massage Therapy clients
Maintain professional appearance at all times
Creates excellent member/guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude
Reliable, on time attendance. Attends all scheduled shifts, is prompt to work and works entire scheduled shift
Assists in promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage to the community
Qualifications:
Education: Formal educational training at an accredited Massage Therapy school
Certification/Licensure: BLS, Massage Therapy Certification/License
Skills: Ability to demonstrate competency in required skills. Able to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Maintain relationships with physicians, staff, clients, and visitors of HNJH
