DescriptionHennepin Healthcare is currently in search of a full-time Department Chair to provide leadership for the Department of Psychiatry. In this pivotal role, the Department Chair assumes responsibility for the strategic recruitment, retention, and development of the Medical Staff members essential for the fulfillment of our organizational mission. The Department Chair champions the organization's academic endeavors, is responsible for the quality of care delivered, works closely with provider finance services to manage departmental finances, and provides ongoing mentorship, sponsorship, and development of members of their medical staff team: both physicians and advanced practice providers.
