GENERAL SUMMARY:Under the direction of the Identity & Access Management Services (IAMS) Director, the Manager of Privileged Access Management (PAM) handles the day-to-day business of the PAM portion of the IAM space including developing new processes, benchmarking & implementing technology solutions with enterprise-wide rollout and adoption. The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading technology initiatives using review business case studies in healthcare, utilize analytical skills to seek out and research industry insights, and evaluate a variety of technology options to provide high quality, efficient business processes and solutions that promote efficiency and enterprise-wide standardization for PAM. Must demonstrate the ability to mediate and bridge the relationship between staff, technical and business stakeholders without compromising the needs of the solution users and the strategic goals of the organization. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Subject matter expert (SME) in one or more IT applications’ capabilities and features for users, owners, and administrators of solutions.Keeps abreast of new IAM and security functionalities across all supported application(s).Develop PAM processes, policies, and governance model. Manage PAM activity across IT infrastructure (network, servers, operating system) and application teams.Develop detailed business requirements, work with potential vendors, implement PAM program structure at HFHS, plan and execute Proof-of-Concepts to achieve desired outcomes to help in technology solutioning.Work with supply chain and lead the business through the RFP process and make purchase decision on PAM technology and toolsets including internal application onboarding using HFHS Technology Standards & Architecture reviews/approvals.Plan and execute pilot and successful validations and testing to execute production implementations and enterprise-wide PAM rollout.Make appropriate access decisions in conjunction with application managers. Help establish ownership and change delegation guidelines.Reviews and approves timecards for IAMS staff and handles all aspects of scheduling. Lead staff meetings, including 1:1s.Leads escalation response to production problem issues/errors. Performs root cause analysis and application/dispute resolution.Assign work and manage development of less experienced team members.Ensure proper documentation and on-time delivery of all functional artifacts and deliverables.Follow all policy, procedure, and process documents in the IAM space. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree required.Ten (10) years of applicable work experience in Technology required.Five (5) years applicable experience in a Healthcare or IAM setting required.Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience for staff, projects, or teams preferred.Strong understanding of IAM, data security/privacy and how it relates to identity objects.Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work as a leader and contributing to achieving organizational goals.Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
