Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield currently has an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Office Administrator to bring the team to new levels of success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Office Manager with prioritizing and completing daily workflow
  • Reviews paperwork for accuracy
  • Accurately record sales transactions in dealership
  • Assists with daily and monthly accounting reconciliations
  • AP/AR data entry and reconciliation
  • Various Administrative office tasks as directed

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm
