Accurately review and analyze prospects in the sales software search engine (Seamless.ai, etc.), using the general direction and targeted industry focus provided by Peppermint Robotics leadership
Proactively contact prospects via phone, email, and/or social media to introduce products or services
Select and send appropriate product marketing materials to prospects
Evaluate prospects to determine their interest, buying authority, budget, and need
Schedule meetings, demos, or calls for sales representatives to move prospects through the pipeline
Maintain and update prospect information, call logs, and email interactions in CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Follow up with prospects and leads consistently to build interest and move them closer to a purchasing decision
Complete projects and research as assigned by leadership
Assist with on-site facility surveys, meetings, and proposals as needed

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer-facing role(s).
Skilled in computer applications with an emphasis on Excel, Seamless.ai or other sales software, and Zoho CRM.
