About the RBT Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/ABA Therapist), you will provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make an impact while growing your career in a supportive environment.
RBT Job Description:

Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings

Support skill-building in communication, social, and daily living areas

Record accurate client data

Manage challenging behaviors when needed

Collaborate with BCBAs and families
RBT Requirements:

Active RBT Certification (in good standing)

Minimum 6 months experience in ABA therapy

High School Diploma or equivalent

Driver’s license and reliable transportation
